BMR/TDEE Net Calories

I know this subject is discussed relentlessly, but here goes another one. I've done all the research & read countless threads about the subject.
First of all my stats: Female, age 42, 5'1", SW 226, CW 210, GW 130 (maybe 125). I do elliptical machine 30 - 45 min @ 4 - 5.5 mph or kickboxing 60 min 5 days a week, strength training 2 - 3 days & elliptical 30 min at 3.5 - 4 mph or casual walk on rest days.
My basic BMR (w/o taking into consideration activity level) is 1658, sedentary it is 1989, light exercise = 2279 & mod exercise = 2569. My TDEE- 20% is: sedentary = 1586, light exercise = 1818 & moderate = 2049. I currently have my calories set at 1660.
After all that my question is: Do I set my net calories at my basic BMR & not eat back my exercise calories or at the light or moderate activity levels & eat back my exercise calories? Or set it at TDEE of light or moderate activity & eat back my exercise calories.
Thanks for any advice.
