Running NSV

So yesterday went for a normal Sunday morning run, (I never take my phone) I have only been running around 5k, normally takes around 25 mins I decided to try a different route and as Forrest did, I just carried on running before I realised I was at 9.5k on my Polar GPS, anyway the funny thing as I was running back in to my road my wife was heading out in the car to look for me thinking I had keeled over somewhere and was in need of medical attention because I had been gone so long.
Confidence is a wonderful thing!
Guessing I should take it as an NSV that I carried on running and it was the furthest I have run in over 10 years.

Sounds like it's time to sign up for an 8 or 10k in the Spring!0
