I'm Christina! I was on here a lot off and on, but now I'm back for good!
Just looking for some positive friends and people that get on regularly :)
I've found that talking to people on here gets you on a lot more often!

    Hello! Add me if you'd like. I get on several times a day. I try to encourage my fitness pals as much as I encourage myself. I depend on this website to keep me on track. The days I go without is the days I mess up the most. Good luck to you!

    Feel free to add me too! Ive used MFP to track food/exercise but have never used the forum. Need some motivatin to stay on track this time....sick of stop/starting and getting nowhere!
