Share your experience--how long for IPOARM to work for you?

I've been gaining weight doing calorie cycling (wendie plan), so just this last week I decided to eat at TDEE-20% (1340cals) and my weight stayed the same as last week.

Just wondering if anyone could share their experience with me. When you upped your calories, did you gain weight at first and how long did it take for it to start coming off?

  • I'd like to know if anyone experienced adjustment time because my Fitbit Zip recorded a weekly deficit of 5400 calories and my weight did not budge, as usual.
