Go to youtube.com and put in Green Smoothies, then Juicing... All the recipes you could want and most of all "How To"!

BTW: What type of Juicer did you get, and type of Blender?

My go to breakfast smoothie (I don't have them every day) is a good handful of spinach, 1/2 cup of Fage 0% Green yogurt, 1 small banana, 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit (no sugar added...my fave blend has pineapple and stawberries in it). I add about 1/4 cup of water in it other wise my blender doesn't work well with it.

soap is pretty clean. I literally just juiced random vegetables i had in the fridge and tried them. Then made veggy burgers out of the left over pulp. I have issues with wasting food. Use Bing or Google to look up stuff.

Check out www.jointhereboot.com for different ideas. My favorite juice contains lots of kale and spinach, a carrot or two and then whatever fruit I have (usually apples or oranges) to add a slight sweetness. I've done several 10 day juice feasts now and drink 2 to 4 juices (16 ounces) a day for my snacks. In those mixes, I've tried about anything. Lately, all my greens have come from my CSA and I'm finding swiss chard and collards greens work too.

When you start juicing, shoot for more fruit juices until your palette (sp?) adjusts and try to work your way towards an 80/20 mixture of veggie to fruit.

I rarely do smoothies but I started taking my green juice and throwing it in the blender with some frozen fruit and coconut water. Last week it was my breakfast to "eat" while commuting to work.
