You can add me if you'd like, though I'm not really losing anymore and I kinda eat a lot... I might not be helpful to you.
But you can do it. You are worth it. Set a MODEST goal and stick to it forever. If you set your goal to half a pound a week, you'll barely notice but you'll get leaner and leaner and leaner... do it.0
