... just because I'm curious to see what happens. So far all that has happened is I ate more, and didn't drink wine

Anyone else fooled around with this formula?

Over the summer, I tend to have a glass of wine right before going to bed. I work third shift and it helps me sleep, lol. I honestly haven't noticed any difference at all in regards to my progress as long as the wine fits into my calorie goal.

yeah. i've never had a hangover in my life - alcohol doesn't stay in my system for long - and I find the wine relaxes me and allows me to switch out of responsible mode into chill mode. One or two is never gonna get you drunk anyway.... I don't drink every day in my holidays, but during term I do find it helps to relax me. I suspect that your results and mine will be similar, and I guess I'm already losing 1kg a week, how much more could I lose safely...not much!

    Thanks x
