Finished! This was an excellent stretching exercise. My spine snap crackled and popped, making me feel much better. Plus it was extremely simple, may have saved me a visit to the chiropractor for this week. Thank you!!

Done! One Caveat; make sure you bend your knees a bit, or keep them in a stable relaxed position. Otherwise you will have a sore back tomorrow!
