Hi All,
half way through reading this book and its fantastic however the upping my calories so much is a tad worrying however has anybody used this book as a guide and got results? just wanted to know peoples view on it

Hi, I have nearly finished stage 1 and love it. I upped my calories and Im still losing; just a bit slower. You should have a look at the NROLFW group its very informative and supportive!
