I tried this yesterday, but used chocolate pudding instead of cream/Greek yogurt. It was pretty good, and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't spectacular. It was a bit too eggy to pass for a brownie. But the chocolate flavor was incredible. I shamelessly licked the batter bowl clean. I'll be making this again, but play with the recipe to see if I can improve the texture. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Bleh...made it, didn't like the texture. Chocolate flavor was good, though.

Chooocolate! Flourless, gluten free, low calories, low fat AND low suger... oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about! I love that I don't have to turn my oven on in this heat to make this either! Definately going to give it a try.

OP thank you!! My daughter is gluten free, so made this with 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp stevia in the raw and an egg white. I split it in 1/2 and layered it in my two ounce parfait glasses with cool whip lite! She loved it, as did I! Thank you!
