lost 10 pounds in first 12 days!

okay so i'm new to dieting, but today the scales told me i was 10 pounds lighter than my starting weight! i've done barely any exercise for the past 2 weeks but cut my caloric intake drastically - results are amazing and have given me such a boost :)

i know it is common to lose a lot of weight in the first couple weeks but i'm hoping i won't hit a plateau. I'm going to increase the amount i exercise and hope the weight loss will continue, even if it slows down!
