New to Fitnesspal

hello everyone.. Im a newbie to this site.. I started on my weight loss journey before Christmas... Im on this site to track my food and exercise because it seems like it makes me accountable for what Im doing. I dont want to eat anythign bad beause I feel compelled to be honest and write what I had... so... here I am... hoping to flatten this stomach before the summer.. some cuts or
4 pack woudl be nice, but lets focus on flattening first lol.
Im 44, mother of 4 children and one grandbaby.. I look young for my age so most would never know I am in the 40s. I still feel mentally young but the body has slowed down tremendously. y youngest child is 7 and the weight has taken longer to come off than the earlier times. I cantuse the baby weight excuse anymore since shes in first grade lol

Anyhoo.. Im looking for some people to chat with to motivate me and I will return the favor!
