A little diddy, and encouragement...=D

Hello there,
I'm Tiffany, and I have been trying to loose weight for such a long time, but it has been so hard and I would constantly give up! Recently I just got into this 'frenzy' and I sat myself down and said to myself 'If those girls on Pretty Little Liars could look this good, there is no reason I can't!' And I just went for it, this is the 4th week where I have eaten TONS of veggies, fruit and Pepridge Farm 7 grain bread, and WATER and coffee(3 cups a day)I have only eaten veggies with a few twists with meat and chicken! For snacks I would have Laughing Cow cheese(Light Swiss) and fruit. I feel SO amazing no more little pains and I have stopped drinking soda (I split ONE cup with my mom on pizza Friday) but all about water and coffee! I have lost 6 pounds in those short weeks and if I can do it, so can ALL of you! If anyone needs any type of support, you can ALWAYS talk to me!=} If anyone wants some of my delicious recipes for healthy, but SO TASTY dishes, just drop me a line:)
