Up and Down, Up and Down....

Over the past 2.5 months, I had steady weight loss results. Two weeks ago, I got really sick and was out of commission for over a week (no working out and eating habits started to slip). Because of that, I gained about 3 pounds. Those three pounds do NOT want to come back off now! Any advice on how to kick it back into gear and burn this off quickly? I am in the final week of a weight loss challenge that I was in first place for and now I am worried that I lost it!
