Fat burning zone, Help please????

I recently bought an HRM watch and am able to make sure I stay where I want to when I work out, but I am a little confused about where I am supposed to stay to burn the most “from fat” calories. I have read different things online and don’t really have any idea. It looks like I tend to stay around 70% when I work out. Is this too high or too low? Any information is greatly appreciated.
