6 MONTHS DIFFERENCE! (pic)

On the left, a pic of me on my 30th birthday last August! I had already lost some weight there. On the right, this Saturday before heading off to a party.

If I can do this, anyone can! And I do not eat 100% clean by any means! I'm half mexican. I love mexican food. I won't give up my tortillas ever!

    Thnaks for the motivation. I had a auto mobile accidne tlast October and getting back to excercising has been a struggle. Have sciatica but I am getting through it. Keep up the great work!

    Wow, Christina, you look amazing! Congrats on getting healthier. I started in January and am working out 3-5 times a week. I'm eating healthier, and average 1200 calories a week. Some days are better than others, but I try to make it balance at the end of the week. I don't know how much I've lost in total, since I wasn't tracking at first. But it feels like I've hit a wall. Any suggestions?

    I started at 1200 calories in the beginning because I thought that was a magic number, but then I had to switch it up because I was starving. I have no set number but I usually stay between 1200 and 1600. I started out doing Zumba, then switched to the treadmill. Now doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos. I try to do atleast 5 or 6x's a week.

    Diet: Only drink soda now on special occasions. Eat mostly the same foods as before, only less. And integrated more fruit and some veggies into my diet.

    Exercise: mostly cardio. I use a HRM to calculate calories burned. Have done Zumba, Tae Bo, treadmill, Jillian Michaels 30DS, and now doing Leslie Sansone DVD's
