Feeling good!

Just wanted to share a mini success! Just started the program this week so I'm looking for any I can find!!! I exercised this morning with a 3.5 mile walk/jog and it felt great. Called my friend and we are going to check out a new trail while the kiddos are in their church class tonight. We will be walking for another 45 minutes or so...more calorie burn while having fun! Before, would have never done that! I am proud of me! :flowerforyou:

    Great job! That is the best part of this program!! You feel wonderful about all of the little and big things that you do!! Keep going, it will be soooo worth it!! But remember, slow and steady wins the race. Don't want to push it too much in the beginning and get burned out. Good luck!
