Home Fitness Help/Recommendations (P90X, Insanity, etc)

Id love some recommendations from the community on a home fitness program. My goal is to lose weight AND gain muscle tone/definition. I am also looking for a 60, 90 or 120 day type program to help me stay focused a daily regiment. It looks like P90X is going to be the best fit as they use dumbbells and pull up bar but wanted to know if anyone else knew of any other good programs.

I'd prefer to fine a program with 30 min workouts.
