Net cals?

My net cals have been low lately. I am looking for ways to increase them because I know that it would be better fo rmy body, but I also want to work on raising my calories with food not products. I've been honestly pretty satisfied with what I've been eating in terms of hunger - so any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

Some more information about me - I'm 5' 2", 22, and 195.7 last wednesday. I try to get some form of walking exercise in daily (Leslie Sansone videos or just a walk at lunch). I wear a fitbit and that sends a calorie estimate as well.

My diary is open. And it may look a little confusing because I recently reconfigured from Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, Calorie Beverages to Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, Calorie Beverages.

Based on your height, weight and age: your BMR is 1917.

    You should eat around there.

Don't eat your exercised calories back.

Maybe trailmix or nuts would help.

Add a little bit to each meal.

Do you like your fitbit? I've been thinking of getting one.
