I've been progressing, logging my food, exercising regularly and losing weight.
Then I hit a plateau... as most everyone does. However, the plateau seemed to stay in place longer than I would have liked, and I got discouraged. I stopped logging my food intake. I stopped paying attention to the nutritional value of the food I was consuming. I stopped caring about portion sizes. My plateau went away and I started to gain weight.
I don't have a big support group, or people to call me on my habits when they take a change for the worse. I'm working to get the fire back, and am frustrated that my fragile self esteem has derailed my progress. There is such a big portion of weight loss that is mental...
If you have suggested reading material or actions that have helped you get the fire back, I'd love to hear from you!

The key is to build a support system and keep on logging! MFP is such a fabulous place to find motivation. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0

THE best "weight loss" book I have EVER read that focuses on the mental patterns behind weight gain: A Course In Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson. It really teaches you how to have the "right" kind of relationship with food.
This is my go-to book and It has been passed around my circle of friends so much that it's highlighted, tattered and torn!
You can also look for apps on your phone that send you daily motivating quotes to stay strong and stay focused on your goals
I truly hope you look into my book suggestion. I rarely recommend books but always recommend this one and always will.
Best of luck love,
