How much sodium is too much sodium?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering about sodium intake. Today I am about 300 mg over what I should be having, but I've drunk about 12 glasses of water today, and it's not even dinner time. Do you think I'm going to have any sodium bloating from this, or would that only happen if I were, say, 1000 mg+ over the limit?
I get paranoid about factors that contribute to fluxuations on the scale, and don't know whether 300 mg should be worrisome. Thanks so much! :flowerforyou:

Everybody is different but for me the magic number is 3000. If I am over that I WILL see a pound or more the next day. I should for 2500 or less.0
