Texas athlete turned Couch Potato

I'm looking for extra motivation and support or maybe just a good kick in the pants. I'm a new mom and I thought trying to work out and lose weight was difficult before! I use to work out like a beast! I love being in the gym, I even had a personal trainer but the most weight that I lost was 10 pounds over the course of 6-9 months. (I have PCOS) That was very discouraging. Then, we got pregnant(we were trying) yah!!!

Now that I've had my baby and back on birth control pills(to help regulate my PCOS) i'm praying and hoping I will see significant results! Now, it's just a matter of getting that extra motivation to get back in that work out mode and stay there.
