Has anyone ever had spotting or breakthrough bleeding mid month after vigorous exercise? It just started happening....

This happened to me when I first began exercising. My OBGYN said it was because my body was getting used to having more hormones (I am on birth control) in less body. It stopped after 2 months. I would suggest talking to your doctor if you are concerned about it.0

That actually makes sense, the hormones have to catch up to the weight loss....thanks, and I'll double check with my doctor!0

it happened to me last summer. It was due to emotional stress, but physical stress can also make it happen. Believe me I have my WebMD degree, so I know0

I got that before I knew I was pregnant. Have you had a normal period last month than this month your spotting? I would take a PT.0

IDK but my body is JACKED UP right now......I was supposed to start mine last thursday and I've just been having the symptoms (cramps cravings ect) but no period!! I finally started spotting on Saturday and I think I might actually start soon...so annoying >.< Especially since my weight is going crazy up and down! I stepped on the scale a minute ago and it was 2 lbs less than it said this morning!! STUPID!!!!!!0

I finally started spotting on Saturday and I think I might actually start soon...so annoying >.< Especially since my weight is going crazy up and down! I stepped on the scale a minute ago and it was 2 lbs less than it said this morning!! STUPID!!!!!!
That happened to me the last 2 months I was 3 weeks late. I think the stress made it come late.0 -

Obviously you will be fluctuating during the day. You've moved around, eaten, etc. This is why it's best to weigh in the morning before activity and food, after you empty your bladder and/or bowels.0
