I was wondering what I could take or eat for energy since I stopped drinking my soda constantly I got no energy. I wanna know what I can do to fix this.

I know that B-12 vitamins can help with that. Also, getting enough sleep every night. Fruit and veggies, especially juiced (if possible) are great sources of energy.0

Eliminating soda removes a lot of sugar and/or caffeine, both of which tend to make us feel more energetic-at least in the short term. I find that if I want to feel energized throughout the day that a bit of fruit (for the quick sugar energy) and some sort of fatty protein (cheese, greek yogurt, nuts) work as a great pick-me-up.0

simple.. caffeine.. tea with truvia
or a bottle of NO DOZ
ephedrine/caffeine mixes are like crack, but, there are health risks
i stick with tea0 -
