Newbie to the forum looking to drop body fat

Hello
ive been using the app on and off but i havent posted in the forum before. Im looking for new friends to keep me motivated.
ive lost my pregnancy weight doing P90X and im back to square one, id like to keep going with reducing my body fat to around 18%, (im currently 21%). ive always liked keeping fit but ive never managed to keep going from where i am at the moment. My diet has never been great.
Im hoping to meet people online with similar goals who will type in capitals when i need it and i'll do the same for you. x

Don't do P90x..you will get stuck and eventually Plateau. I did 2 1/2 rounds of it and said..FORGET IT! I had my hubby create an awesome program for me.
If you are looking to drop body fat, you have to change your diet. More protein, less carb... more fiber!! Its all in your diet.

Thanks for info! i was going to try it again but stick to the diet better but its hard to find 90 mins of uninterrupted time with a baby! Ive been doing ZWOW since its free and i can do it in the living room, i just need to try it more often and stop eating chocolate x0
