having a bad day!

today i am shattered, i had fully intended on working out... but haven't, i've just sat on my behind and snacked since i finished work ( i've done a little housework too but not that much)! im under on calories but over on carbs (stupid carbs grr!!) and feel so lazy, hopefully tomorrow will be a better more motivated day!

    Hang in there, things will get better. I think getting on here and aknowledging there is an issue was positive step number 1. Take that little momentum and go for a leisure walk and just clear you mind. I find that helps me sometimes.

    Just go workout. It's still early. Just go do it.

    i agree with duckfan, dont feel bad, go burn off the extra cals with some excercise, you will be happy about it.

    Starchy carbs will make you feel sluggish....try to eat your carbs with protein. It's ok that you didn't do a full blown workout....just go out for a walk and you will feel better mentally and physically!!!
