Calorie Intake

Okay I am at complete loss as to how many calories I should take in a day. Understand I hate scale and it's been since Nov 2012 that I had a real number. (weight loss wise.) Beginning of Nov 1 was about 275 -280. Note had a crappy scale to. Okay enough about that Over the past few week been playing with calories and moving them around to jump start my weight loss. Understand also did not know where my weight was. When I polar eval in Jan my weight was 292. Today's weigh in was 301.4. I am going to reset my weight because I am worried that I am not eating enough food right now. my daily cal intake is 2230 that is what they recommend for my weight being at 288. Should I reset my weight and see what happens. Please I really need some help:flowerforyou:

Reset your weight. Make sure you lifestyle is correct for what you are doing (sedentary if your job has you sitting...active if your job has your moving). And then follow the calories that they recommend. Stick within 100 calories either way of the recommended intake. On a side note...try to stay somewhere close to the goals for carbs (I tend to go heavy on carbs if left on my own and that sabotages me!). The biggest thing is to stay within just a few calories of your goal on a daily basis.
That said, EAT. Skipping meals doesn't work. Eating really low calories during a complete day doesn't work.....make good choices and be honest with what you are eating...measure your foods for a week to make sure you are being honest (I bet you will be surprised)..0
