Dont know what to do

So I have not been to the gym in 6 days because I have a bad sinus infection and have had the worst headache everrr. I have also been eating crap for the last 6 days which has caused me to gain 4 pounds. I'm not sure what to do today because I am feeling better..but the headache does come and go but it's not as bad as its been for the last week. I want to go to the gym but then Im not sure if i should just rest and let it completley go away before jumping back into excersising because I would hate for working out to give me a bad headache. what do you guys think? Should I just rest and not push myself or should I go an risk feeling bad again. I have been eating better yesterday and today. Im def not going to let myself go like that again. But it's very upsetting that I gained 4 pounds

It's spring!!! Just go for a nice long walk and get some much needed fresh air! Worry about a hardcore workout when you're back to 100%0

Remember to gain 4 pounds of fat you need to consume over 14,000 calories above your maintenance calories. Probably didn't do that unless you are completely GORGING on fast food, most likely your sodium intake is up and it is fluids, so maybe it is a pound or pound and a half. Not so bad. Like shanerylee says drink a boat load of water since you need to flush thru the stuff and get to eating healthy. If you are still unsure, go for a walk, you can get a good calorie burn in and not tax your body as much! Hope you feel better soon! :flowerforyou:0

Also when your body is hurt or sick it holds onto a lot more fluid to try to heal it's self! No worries, rest drink you water and don't fret!!0

I think I'll wait and go when I dont have a headache for a full day. Like right now I'm feeling pretty normal..but they always come back. So maybe tomorrow.0

I think I'll clean my room and move it around and stuff tonight..that should get me sweatin lol0
