I just listened to Fat 2 Fit #141 and I wanted to clarify something.
Right now i'm at 204lb and 5ft4", at my worst I was 222lb so i've lost 18lb (10lb since 30th Jan) and i'm using myfitnesspal which I like a lot in some ways and not in others (A feature have X amount of calories on say mon, wed, fri and Y the rest of the time without manually changing it would be good). Is the following be correct for me to lose weight? It's very confusing and something I really want to get my head around
Currently eating: 1400cal + sometimes eating back burned calories
Should be eating - active days: 1965cal
Should be eating - sedentary/rest days (BMR): 1715cal
I was very healthy a few years ago and lost a lot of weight and was very healthy; gym5x/week but didn't count calories so I know how to do the hard work, just want to make sure my in & out calories are all good!
I am usually sedentary but try to get out for walks or C25K as much as I can. What say you MFP?
