    I dont add every single thing i eat on here, but I am on a strick diet, 500 cals a day, plus excercise.

    im sure its not so safe, but its temporary plan, not life time. when your as big as me youd understand a little im sure.

    Honey, I'm so big that the amount of fat on my body outweighs you. That being said, I have to eat at least 1500 caps just to assure that I'm not losing muscle mass which will give is those sexy lines of definition. At 500 cals a day your body will go into catabolic state which means that rather than losing fat you will lose muscle, even if you work out everyday this will still happen

    I'm afraid 500 calories per day is too low :noway: , I am only friends with people who eat at least 1000 calories per day or more, one of my requirements!!

    500 calories daily? That certainly sounds crazy to me.

    ive done this process once before and it worked for me, its what worked for me not everyone else. im not doing it forever lol

    If it had worked the first time, you wouldn't be doing it again. Just sayin'.
