The reason I use MFP is because it makes counting calories very easy.0
-
Math. Plain and simple, I will just not make the effort to do the math myself. MFP does the math, it lays it all out for you to see clearly, in black and white (and red!). The numbers don't lie. The numbers don't let you say "Eh, I worked out hard enough yesterday..." or "Oh it's OK to have just one more slice of cake."
So...math.0 -
Because I'm always learning something new, plus, my friends and family would probably disown me if I talked about food and exercise as much as I think about it.0

I have no friends in real life.
I don't mind them making me do all the chores and such around here.
I get a hug every now and then.0 -
I think this girl is amazingly beautiful.
Oh, and MFP does a good job of mixing social interatction with capable tracking.0 -

Wow, she's stunning. She looks like an illustration of a character in a book that I read to my preschool class.

It tracks all my calories and macros without me even having to think twice about it and keeps me on track with how much I can eat in a day. Friends are always encouraging and helpful and you can get good meal ideas from reading friend`s diaries. I also like looking at all the success boards - gives me motivation to keep going.0

I came for the tracking app, then I came for the people.0

because I can bro-out and not bother my RL friends as much as I bother them about exercise and nutrition.0
