Hello from Ajne

hello My name is Ajne (pronounced Anne). The J is silent. I joined to help a little with weight loss and meet others who are also interested in getting fit. I am 4'11 and weigh about 120 pounds. My goal weight is 98. Right now I am slim but not as toned as I would like so I am looking to shed a few pounds but also add muscle. Bodywise, I am in good shape tone wise but the majority of my muscles are in my lower body. I have muscular legs but my arms are noodles. After a few years of weights, I finally have a little definition but I am stuck with low weight as I have weak wrists and a shoulder injury on my left arm - dislocated shoulder when I was young that still affects mobility a little on that side. I find my right arm is a little more defined than my left tone wise. Thats me in a nut shell.

Hints or tips about how to get arm muscles when I am stuck with low weights would be appreciated :P
