HI MY NAME IS MARG 52 YRS OLD 5'7.... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOOSE SAY 15=20 LBS FOR A LONGGG TIME .. ASK ME AND I'VE DONE IT... ZUMBA WTS TREADCLIMBER... CALORIES SOME TELL ME 1200 SOME TELL ME MORE....SO I DECIDED TO TRY THIS FIT NESS PAL...I AM OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS.. TY SO MUCH

I am also hypo-thyroid. For many years, I took a ton of replacement hormones. I won't go into it here, but there are bad long-term side-effects with taking the dose I was on. Plus the meds made me have some issues. Now I live just on the borderline between normal and hypothyroid. I feel great. But my weight seems to want to stick around.0
