Really bad bloating?

I weighed Saturday and I weighed 115.8. Wanting to start maintaining, I increased my calorie intake about 300 calories (About 1400) I skipped weighing in Sunday, but weighed this morning. The scale said 116.8. I've noticed my stomach is poking out more. I feel like I look pregnant! I still exercised Saturday and Sunday. Could this just be really bad bloating or have I really gained a pound of fat in my stomach?!

Most likely water weight, is your diet high in sodium? 1 lb is really nothing , would not stress about it..0

Not really. Sunday I had around 2686 mg and Saturday I had 1514 mg.0

Your maintenance is only 1400? That sucks. Anyways..: it's probably water weight. A pound is nothing. I fluctuate 5 lbs like its nothing.0
