My most awesome NSV

So I have had a few great NSV in the last year (fitting in clothes I haven't fit into in over 5 years, losing fat and not LBM)

The best one, the most awesome one to date happened last week at work.


My work has been SUPER SUPER supportive of my weight loss. No one pushes food at me and everyone always has positive things to say about my weight loss.

Last week one of the owners and I were talking and she told me that her best friend from childhood had been in town the week before and was talking to my boss/owner about wanting to lose weight.

My boss then told her about me and how awesome she thought I was doing and how proud she was. I swear I almost cried.

Best feeling EVER. (well except for getting married to my husband but that's a different kind of feeling )
