I was wondering if what I am currently doing sounds like a good or okay plan to you guys. I weigh 260, I am 5'8 and am 20 years old. I keep a calorie intake on most days between 1400-1800 calories. Sometimes on weekends I go up to 2,500 calories. I exercise 5 days a week. My workout routine is 50 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting, I guess it could be considered heavy lifting. According to MFP I burn about 500-700 calories doing cardio. My BMR says it is about 2000 calories a day, and my TDEE says 3,010 calories a day. (was a little confused on tdee) Last I checked my body fat percentage was when I weighed 280 and it was 47%.

I have heard not to go lower than my BMR, but see very many people always do lol So I'm not sure if what I am doing is okay. I tend to lose 1-2 pounds a week like this so far. Should I up my calories a bit or continue on like this. Should I lower my calories? On most days I am not hungry after I have eaten my calorie, but if I am hungry, I WILL eat. Thanks for any feed back!
