Entering in HITT

Hi guys,
Quick question - After doing HITT, I realise how do you acurately measure how many calories you are ACTUALLY burning? HITT burns more after (doesn't it?) so to me, 300cals seems like nothing if you're doing it.....
Any help appreciated

I would just enter the calories that you burn during the HIIT workout and not worry about the afterburn calories. It's a nice bonus, but I think the claims made about the afterburn are a bit oversold.0
