Are you supposed to run through side stitches or walk them off?

Your supposed to slow down your pace generally. But i suggest if you really cannot take the pain, then brisk walk.
Tip: Stitches often occur because one doesn't warm up properly. Hence, you might want to stretch before your workout.0 -
Along with the above advice, it might also help to get your breathing in rhythm. Breathe deeply and exhale through your mouth.0

Stand up straight, breath deep, sometimes putting your hands over your head helps. I usually just run through it and try to really concentrate on taking really deep breaths until it goes.0

It's all about breathing rhythm. Find a pattern that works for you and breathe deep from your gut, not your chest.0
