Getting back on here and dedicated to log

It has been a while since I have used this program and I am ready to log my foods and exercise. I don't see the point in logging my weight training cause that would take quite sometime and it is logged somewhere else anyway, but I do log my Cardiovascular exercise. I tend to do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio a day, switched between bike or treadmill. I also to polymetric cardio and strength train quite a bit.
If anyone would like to be friends please add me. I am very motivated and use my vast understanding of nutrition and exercise on a everyday basis.
