It Moved!

I have been having issues getting the scale to budge from 162.

I lowered my intake to 1250 calories (after starting at 1500 and losing quickly), and I just stalled out. I decided to eat a bit more calories, and opposite of what seems logical, I got the scale to move! I weighed in today at 160- ssososoooosoooooo close to dipping into the 150's. My goal is 140/145, so I am on my way.

I am feeling so much better after hooking up with this site and really being aware of calories, sodium, exercise and more.

Thanks MFP for giving me a clue and a kick in the butt!
