The past few months I have been struggling to lose weight. I have been fairly consistent at the gym for the last 5 months and have really improved my diet. Drinking plenty of water, cutting out most processed foods, not eating out often. Also started seeing a nutritionist to help increase my calories with a good diet. Still not much progress in losing weight. Today I found out though that I have a serious Vitamin D deficiency and this can greatly effect weightloss. Might be worth getting your levels checked if you can relate!
