Hello... AGAIN!

I'm trying to get back into running and being healthy in general. A LOT has happened and my way of dealing with things was affecting just about everything, including my self worth and image. You'll all be happy to know I just got back from a 2 mile run.

    Hi, knowing that you like to run I am going to invite you to a walking biking and running challenge that I am part of. Also there is a challenge beginning April 1st where we work in a team setting with daily challenges and weekly weight loss that earns points for the teams. I will send invitations for both challenges
  • Hi, all. I was a member a few years back - when I only had a couple of pounds to lose. Now I'm the heaviest I've ever been, with between 40 and 50 pounds to lose. I've just gotten back on MFP, and while inspired, I'm feeling that this is an insurmountable goal...t's just so much weight. I'm young (30) and just got married, so I should be fully motivated, but I'm a stress eater, and there's been a lot that's happened over the past few years. I should also mention that I'm a former avid runner and ran a marathon two years ago, so this weight has piled on quickly. Enough with the pity party...just looking to reach out for others who want to change their lives as well!
