Looking for a motivation guru!!!

I have been failing as staying consistent with my workouts and diet. I know all the things to do, prepare my foods in advance, put my clothes out before I go to bed, etc. My problem is that I don't have or can't find the internal motivation to do the work(esp when its cold out as it is now). If any of you are good motivators or accountability pushers, PLEASE contact me and help me do this! I have a 1/2 marathon in about 5 weeks which I have been good about training for, but my daily workouts/runs are not consistent.
