probably water retention0

lack of carbs means less glycogen in your muscles... Bodybuilders call this look "flat".... water can also be a factor0

I eat carbs. been drinking loads of water though coz I do a lot of excercise0

well then its probably subcutaneous water retention... I should also note that high repetition weight training will make your muscles bigger for a prolonger period (any pump workout)... Some guys can add over an inch to their arms in a workout and have it last for over a day...0

so nothing to worry about? seems odd when i upped the strength work to appear LESS toned is all0 -
if you upped your strength work you could have easily depleted more of the glycogen within your muscles.... thats normal and its not bad...0
