Has anyone here tried carbtrim? Can you tell me if its effective, what its side effects are, how to take it, if its advisable to take it,etc. Basically a review of it and what it actually does would be really great (P.S. I'm going on a tour and vacation to Korea and since we'll be eating there a lot I don't want to gain weight so I was debating on whether or not to drink this while on my trip)
