I injured my foot at the end of January (stress fracture) and yesterday I was finally able to workout again. I'm so excited and hoping that this will get me back on track with my eating too.

Injuring my foot got me started too. I gained so much weight because I didn't change how I ate but I couldn't play racquet ball. Made me look at what I was doing to myself.0
