Hi all, I need to find out. Do I use the weight/measurment on the package as dry and frozen? Or cooked and thawed. Example. Pasta's and Meats. (frozen chicken...says 4oz) I weighted out 8 oz (for 2 servings) but once it was cooked it was less than 4 oz. So which do I record on diary for my frozen chicken tenders?
