Working out when sick?

Hey everyone! So, I have a cold, or the flu, idk which. I'm not sure if I have a fever or not since the thermometer is acting up, but before I workout I'll use it again and if i do have a fever, i won't workout. I really want to go to zumba tonight! I was planning to go for the first time yesterday, but I had a fever yesterday, so I didn't, so tonight would be the first time. I mainly have a stuffy/runny nose and I'm pretty tired, and a little sore. I plan on getting lots of rest and drinking lots of water, and taking some congestion medicine if I have to. So, would and hour of cardio/zumba be okay for someone who's sick?
