Sugar Overload ... Without even realising it!

Okay so i have always loved my sugar used to have 5 sugars in one tea! ( down to two sweentners now) :happy:
However on MFP at the end of my Food Diary day totalling it all up im still over my sugar level by enough to make me thing this weight aint going no where at this rate!

However i dont believe what i eat/drink had that many sugars in it and im struggling to find foods/drinks that i can snack on or have in most meals that wont add too much on to my sugar levels and that i enjoy.

If anyone has any suggestions of low sugared tasty snacks or main meals that would help me i would really appriciate that, i know all the obvious fruits and vegs :smile: or would love to hear from anyone else who has/had this problem! Thanks

    It'd be good to open up your diary so people can see what you're eating that is causing the sugar overload! For me it's always too much fruits!
