Does anyone have suggestions on a workout plan for someone who has arthritis in both knees? Looking for a workout alternatives that I can do so I can still drop more weight, I’m particularly interested in Squats and leg curls.

My mom had arthritis in both knees before she had them replaced.
She lifted weights, but did it under the guidance of a personal trainer. She did squats and leg curls if I remember correctly, but again she had someone watching her.
You can also walk and swim as low impact exercises that shouldn't aggravate the arthritis.0
